Care Cards and Packaging Inserts for a Professional Boxing Brand
A care card can answer useful customer questions after the box is opened. For a private-label brand, a well-planned insert can make the product feel considered while reducing confusion about care and product details.
Keep the advice specific
For gloves, a card might explain how to air them out after training, wipe the exterior according to the material guidance and avoid storing damp equipment in a closed bag. Instructions should match the actual material and finish; generic advice can damage some products.
Use plain language
Short steps, readable text and simple icons can make instructions easier to follow. If customers speak different languages, decide which languages are needed for your target market before artwork approval.
Match the product listing
Check product name, material description, size or weight and contact details against the final listing and packaging. If you include a QR code, test it on different phones and confirm the destination before printing.
Avoid unsupported claims
Do not promise that a product prevents injuries, has official approval or meets a standard unless you have the evidence and permissions required. The insert should describe the product accurately and provide appropriate care guidance.
Approve the print file
Confirm final copy, dimensions, colour, paper or card choice and quantity. Keep a dated approved version with the product specification so reorders use the correct artwork. Decide where the card sits in the package and make sure it does not interfere with product protection.
