Placing a custom manufacturing order with Boxing Forge is straightforward. Whether you have a finished design or just an initial idea, our team will guide you through every step — from first contact through to finished product and international delivery.

STEP 1 — SEND YOUR IDEA
Start by sharing your product requirement with our team. You don’t need to have a finished design — a product reference, a sketch, a photo of an existing product, your logo, or a written description of what you need is enough to begin. The more detail you can share, the faster we can respond with relevant information.

STEP 2 — SELECT SPECIFICATIONS
Once we understand your product requirement, our team will work with you to define the full product specification. We will guide you through all available options and help you make the right choices for your target market, intended use, and budget.
Specification options include:
- Product Type — Gloves, headguard, focus mitts, punching bag, protective gear, apparel, or other
- Material — Genuine cowhide leather, premium PU/synthetic leather, or other materials
- Colors — Any color combination, including multi-color and custom colorways
- Sizing — Standard or custom sizing specifications
- Padding — Foam density, layering, and internal construction
- Closure System — Hook-and-loop velcro, lace-up, or combination (for gloves)
- Branding Method — Embroidery, screen print, heat-transfer, rubber/PVC patch, or woven labels
- Packaging — Polybag, branded box, retail-ready packaging, or bulk export packing
STEP 3 — QUOTATION
Based on your confirmed product specifications, quantity, and shipping destination, Boxing Forge will provide you with a detailed quotation covering product unit pricing, any applicable sample costs, packing, and estimated shipping options to your country.
Pricing at Boxing Forge depends on the product type, material selection, customization requirements, order quantity, and destination. We do not publish fixed price lists because every order is different. All quotations are provided directly by our team based on your exact requirements.

STEP 4 — SAMPLE / APPROVAL
Where applicable, Boxing Forge produces a pre-production sample based on your agreed specifications before bulk manufacturing begins. The sample allows you to review the product in full — materials, construction, padding, sizing, and branding — and request any adjustments before your order moves into full production.
We do not proceed to bulk manufacturing without sample approval on custom orders. This protects you from receiving a bulk production that does not meet your expectations, and ensures that what we produce at scale is exactly what you agreed to at the sample stage.
For straightforward orders based on existing Boxing Forge product designs with standard customization (colors and logo), specification sheets may be used in place of a physical sample where both parties agree.
STEP 5 — PRODUCTION
With sample or specification approval confirmed, your order enters full bulk manufacturing at our Sialkot facility. Our production team manufactures your order to the exact approved specifications, with quality checks applied throughout the manufacturing process.
We maintain direct communication during production and will keep you updated on progress. Any issues identified during production are resolved before the order moves to packing.
Production lead times vary depending on the product type, order quantity, and our current production schedule. Our team will provide an estimated lead time with your quotation.
STEP 6 — PACKING & SHIPPING
Once production and final quality inspection are complete, your order is packed to your agreed specifications — whether that's bulk export packing, individual product packaging, or branded retail-ready presentation.
Boxing Forge prepares all export documentation and coordinates international freight to your destination. We ship worldwide and work with reliable freight partners to provide competitive shipping options for orders of all sizes. Our team will confirm shipping costs and estimated transit times as part of your quotation.
Once your order ships, we provide tracking information so you can follow your shipment from Sialkot to your door.

Can I add my logo to the products?
Yes. All Boxing Forge products can be manufactured with your logo applied using embroidery, screen printing, heat-transfer, rubber/PVC patch, or woven labels — depending on the product type and your branding preference. Share your logo files with our team and we will advise on the best application method for your product.
Can you manufacture my own design?
Yes. Boxing Forge offers full OEM and custom manufacturing. If you have your own product design — including sketches, technical drawings, or reference products — we can manufacture to your design specifications. Can I choose the leather type?
Yes. Products can be manufactured in genuine cowhide leather or premium PU/synthetic leather, depending on your requirements, target market, and budget. Our team will explain the differences and help you select the right material for your product.
Do you supply wholesale?
Yes. Boxing Forge supplies wholesale orders to boxing brands, gyms, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers worldwide. Wholesale orders can be supplied in standard or fully customized configurations. Contact us with your product requirements and quantity for a wholesale quotation.
Can you ship internationally?
