We do not proceed to bulk manufacturing without sample approval.
05 — Bulk Manufacturing
With sample approval confirmed, your order enters full bulk production. Our manufacturing team produces your order to the exact approved specifications, with consistent quality maintained across every unit. We provide production updates and maintain direct communication throughout the manufacturing process to keep your project on track.
06 — Quality Checking
Every unit produced by Boxing Forge goes through a quality checking process before packing. Products are inspected for stitching integrity, dimensional consistency, padding performance, branding accuracy, and finish quality. Units that do not meet our standards are corrected before the order is packed. Your brand's reputation depends on consistent quality — and quality checking is how we protect it.
