Boxing Forge supplies boxing and combat-sports equipment from Sialkot, Pakistan to supported destinations worldwide.

Free shipping on website orders

Orders placed through this website include free shipping to supported checkout destinations. If your country or address is unavailable at checkout, contact us before ordering. Free shipping covers the shipping charge; import duties and taxes may still apply.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery: 10 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier disruption may affect delivery.

Custom orders

Custom orders take 7 days to complete after payment, order confirmation and final design approval. This completion period applies to custom orders only. Shipping time is additional. Separately quoted wholesale and bulk projects follow the production and delivery schedule agreed in their quotation.

Dispatch and tracking

Standard orders are checked and packed before dispatch. We provide tracking information after shipment; you can use our order tracking page. If you need equipment for a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and timing.

Customs, duties and taxes

Shipments may be subject to destination import duties, VAT, taxes or courier clearance fees. Unless your checkout or written quotation expressly includes these charges, they are payable by the customer. Free shipping does not mean duties-paid delivery. Any amounts collected at checkout are shown there.

Wholesale and separately quoted projects

Freight methods, shipping charges and delivery terms for separately quoted custom, OEM, private-label and bulk projects are confirmed in writing before the order is finalized. The website free-shipping offer does not automatically apply to those quotations.

Address changes, delays and damaged deliveries

Check your delivery address and telephone number before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Any additional delivery charge will be explained before it is agreed.

If tracking stops updating, your parcel is missing, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact customer support with your order number. Photos of the item and packaging help us investigate when available. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. Reporting promptly helps our investigation but does not remove your statutory rights.
