Order Processing

All Boxing Forge orders — whether retail, wholesale, or custom manufacturing — are processed from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Before shipment, every order goes through our packing and quality inspection process to ensure products are correctly packed, labelled, and prepared for international export.

For custom manufacturing orders, processing begins after sample approval and full production completion. For in-stock retail orders, processing begins after order confirmation and payment. Order processing times vary depending on the order type, quantity, and production requirements. Contact our team before ordering for an estimated dispatch date and transit time for your selected product, quantity and destination. Custom production time is separate from carrier transit time. If you need your order for an event, confirm the schedule with us before payment.

International Shipping

Boxing Forge ships internationally using a range of freight methods. The most suitable shipping option for your order depends on several factors:

• Destination — Your country and city of delivery
• Order Quantity & Weight — The total weight and volume of your shipment
• Product Dimensions — The packed dimensions and carton count of your order
• Delivery Method Preference — Speed vs. cost priority for your shipment

Available shipping methods generally include:

• Express Courier — Fast door-to-door delivery via international express courier services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS). Suitable for smaller orders, samples, and time-sensitive shipments. Typically the fastest option with full tracking, but higher cost per kg compared to freight options.
• Air Freight — International air freight for larger shipments where speed is important but full express courier pricing is not practical. Air freight offers a good balance between transit time and cost for medium-to-large wholesale orders.
• Sea Freight — Ocean freight for large bulk and wholesale orders where transit time is less critical and cost efficiency is the priority. Sea freight is the most economical option for large-volume shipments and is commonly used for container-level wholesale orders.

Boxing Forge will recommend the most appropriate shipping method for your order based on your destination, shipment size, and timeline requirements. Shipping options and estimated costs are confirmed as part of your quotation.

Shipping Costs

Orders placed through this website include free shipping to supported checkout destinations. Free shipping covers the shipping charge; destination import duties and taxes may still apply. If your country or address is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering.

For wholesale, custom or bulk manufacturing projects arranged through a separate quotation, shipping costs and delivery terms are confirmed in that quotation. The website free-shipping offer does not automatically apply to separately quoted projects.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments from Pakistan may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer (importer of record).

Boxing Forge prepares all required export documentation for international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and any other documentation required for the goods being shipped. We declare shipments accurately in accordance with export regulations.

We strongly recommend that international buyers familiarise themselves with the import duties and customs requirements applicable to sports goods imports in their country before placing an order. Boxing Forge is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance processes in the destination country.

Tracking

Boxing Forge provides tracking information for all shipped orders. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Sialkot, we will share your tracking number and carrier details so you can monitor your shipment in transit.

Tracking visibility and update frequency depend on the shipping method and carrier used. Express courier shipments typically offer the most detailed real-time tracking. Air and sea freight tracking is available but may have less frequent status updates during transit.

If you have not received tracking information after your order has been confirmed as shipped, please contact our team and we will assist immediately.

Wholesale Shipments

Wholesale and bulk orders are handled with dedicated attention to packing, carton labelling, and export preparation to ensure smooth customs clearance and safe arrival of large shipments. Wholesale orders are typically shipped on pallets or in cartons prepared to standard export specifications.

For large wholesale orders, Boxing Forge can coordinate with freight forwarders on your behalf or work with your nominated freight agent if you have a preferred logistics partner. Please advise our team of any specific packing, labelling, or freight requirements at the time of your order.

Shipping Damage

Boxing Forge takes care to pack all orders securely for international transit. In the event that your order arrives with damage caused during shipping, please follow these steps:

1. Document the damage immediately upon receipt — photograph the outer cartons, inner packaging, and any damaged products before unpacking fully.

3. Our team will assess the situation and advise on the appropriate resolution based on the nature and extent of the damage.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for resolution. We strongly recommend inspecting all shipments promptly upon receipt.
