Factory & Manufacturing – Boxing Forge
FROM MATERIAL TO FINISHED FIGHT GEAR
Every product that carries the Boxing Forge name is built through a disciplined, detail-driven manufacturing process — from raw material selection through to finished, export-ready equipment. This is how we build fight gear that performs.
Factory Introduction
Based in Sialkot, Pakistan — one of the world's most established hubs for sports goods manufacturing — Boxing Forge has been producing professional boxing and combat sports equipment since 2007. Our facility combines the precision of skilled hand craftsmanship with the consistency of modern machine-assisted production. The result is fight gear built to international standards, delivered to brands, gyms, distributors, and private-label clients across the globe.
01 — Material Selection
Every great product begins with the right material. At Boxing Forge, we work with a range of materials to suit different product requirements, budgets, and market positions. Our material options include:
- Genuine Cowhide Leather — Premium, durable and traditionally preferred for professional-grade boxing gloves and training gear. Cowhide leather offers superior longevity, a professional feel, and excellent resistance to wear.
- Quality PU / Synthetic Leather — High-grade polyurethane synthetic materials suitable for training equipment, entry-level and mid-range products, and vegan-friendly product lines. Modern PU leathers deliver excellent durability and appearance at competitive price points.
Material choice is always made in consultation with the customer based on intended use, target market, and budget requirements.
02 — Pattern Cutting
Precision starts at the cutting stage. Our experienced pattern makers use carefully developed templates and cutting tools to cut each panel to exact dimensions. Accurate pattern cutting ensures consistency across every unit in a production run — a critical factor for bulk orders and branded product lines that must meet strict uniformity standards.
03 — Foam & Padding Preparation
The performance of any boxing or protective equipment depends heavily on its internal padding. Boxing Forge uses high-density, multi-layer foam systems selected according to the product type and its intended application — whether for bag work, sparring, competition, or protective headgear. Foam layers are cut, shaped, and layered to deliver the right balance of impact absorption, rebound, and structural support.
04 — Glove Construction & Assembly
Boxing glove construction is one of the most skilled processes in combat sports manufacturing. At Boxing Forge, our experienced craftspeople assemble each glove with care — aligning panels, positioning padding, fitting inner linings, and ensuring the structural integrity of every unit before it moves to stitching. Consistent construction across every piece is what separates professional manufacturing from commodity production.
05 — Professional Stitching
Stitching is where quality becomes visible. Our stitching team uses industrial-grade sewing machinery and reinforced thread to produce clean, tight, durable seams throughout every product. Stress points are double-stitched and reinforced to handle the demands of intensive training. Consistent, neat stitching is also a mark of quality that your customers will notice and trust.
06 — Handmade Manufacturing
Many stages of our production process rely on the skill of experienced hands. Hand-stitching finishing, detail work, padding alignment, and quality hand-finishing are performed by our skilled artisans — people who have developed their craft over years of working with professional boxing equipment. This handmade element is what gives Boxing Forge products their character, durability, and premium feel.
07 — Machine-Assisted Manufacturing
To maintain consistency, speed, and precision at scale, Boxing Forge integrates modern machine-assisted production into our workflow. Industrial cutting machines, sewing machinery, and pressing equipment work alongside our skilled workforce to ensure that bulk orders are produced to consistent standards — without compromising the craftsmanship that defines our products.
08 — Logo Customization
Your brand identity matters. Boxing Forge offers a full range of logo and branding application methods to ensure your products are finished exactly to your specifications:
- Printing — High-quality screen or heat-transfer printing for bold, vibrant branding on gloves, bags and apparel
- Embroidery — Premium embroidered logos for a professional, durable finish on gloves and apparel
- Woven Labels — Custom woven brand labels for apparel, shorts, hoodies and sportswear
- Rubber / PVC Patches — Raised, moulded brand patches for a premium, tactile branding effect on gloves and bags
- Custom Wrist Labels — Branded wrist labels and strap customization for boxing gloves and protective gear
All branding methods are applied in-house as part of the production process to ensure consistency and quality control.
09 — Quality Checking
Before any product moves to packing, it goes through our quality checking process. Each unit is inspected for stitching integrity, dimensional accuracy, padding consistency, finish quality, and branding placement. Products that do not meet our standards are returned for correction. Our commitment to quality checking ensures that what reaches your customers reflects the standard your brand demands.
10 — Packing
Professional presentation matters, especially for B2B and retail-destined products. Boxing Forge offers a range of packing options including polybag packing, individual product boxes, display packaging, and custom-branded packaging. We pack to your specifications — whether you need simple bulk packing for gym or distributor supply, or retail-ready individual packaging for your branded product line.
11 — Bulk Production
Boxing Forge is equipped to handle bulk manufacturing orders for wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and established brands. Our production process is structured for scale — with clear lead times, consistent quality across large runs, and direct communication throughout the production cycle. Whether your order is a focused sample run or a high-volume wholesale order, we manage it with the same commitment to detail.
