Returns, Refunds & Custom Orders Policy – Boxing Forge

This policy explains returns, cancellations and order problems for purchases directly from Boxing Forge. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How to request help

Email sales@boxingforge.com with your order number, the affected item and your request. For damaged or incorrect goods, include a description and photos if available. Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address before sending goods. This process does not limit a statutory cancellation right.

Standard products and change-of-mind returns

For UK consumer online purchases, notify us within 14 days after delivery to cancel, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Handling beyond this may reduce the refund. Standard delivery charges paid are refundable; any premium delivery surcharge is excluded. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Equivalent mandatory rights apply where required elsewhere.

Outside applicable statutory cancellation rights, contact us to discuss a change-of-mind return before sending goods. Return availability will be confirmed for your order. For voluntary returns, keep the product unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its packaging and accessories where possible.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement, and arrange the necessary return at our expense. A short reporting deadline or missing photos does not remove your statutory rights.

Custom and personalized products

Genuinely personalized or customer-specification goods are generally excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation, but rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain. Choosing a standard listed size or colour does not by itself make an item personalized.

For custom logos, artwork, materials or construction, review the written specification before approving production. Report any material difference from the approved specification so we can investigate and resolve it. Separately agreed business-to-business orders follow their written order terms, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as you need to change or cancel an order. For standard goods already dispatched, the applicable return process may be needed. For bespoke projects, we will explain the production stage and any agreed costs already incurred before confirming cancellation options. Additional work or changes require agreement.

Return costs and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. We cover necessary return costs for our error or faulty goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed; your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Store credit does not replace a refund you are legally entitled to.

Import duties or taxes paid directly to customs or a carrier are handled by that authority or carrier; ask them about any repayment procedure. We do not deduct a hidden outbound shipping fee from orders advertised with free shipping.

Orders through other platforms

For purchases made through a marketplace, its order and buyer-protection procedures may also apply. Contact us through the original order where possible.
