A Boxing Collection Launch Calendar That Leaves Room for Real Life
The most useful launch calendar starts at the delivery date and works backwards. It also includes the jobs that are easy to forget: approving the final logo, checking quantities and photographing the actual finished gear.
Give every decision an owner
Write down who signs off the design, who checks the order list and who answers the manufacturer. If a coach, club owner and designer are involved, agree who gives the final answer. A calendar cannot do much if every decision needs a fresh group discussion.
Separate production from your own launch work
While the order is being arranged, prepare your product descriptions, customer questions and size information. Leave claims about fit, materials and features tied to the confirmed specification. Do not describe an illustration as a photograph of the finished product.
Leave a receiving window
Receiving stock and launching sales do not have to happen on the same day. Allow time to count the items, review the supplied variants and resolve questions. Carrier or customs delays can also affect international deliveries. Ask Boxing Forge about current availability before advertising a fixed launch date. A realistic calendar is easier to explain to your customers than a rushed promise.
