A Product Specification Sheet Your Boxing Team Can Actually Use
A product specification does not have to be complicated. Its job is to make sure the buyer and manufacturer are talking about the same item. One organised page can be more useful than a long trail of voice notes.
Describe the product before the appearance
Start with the product type and intended training use, then list the requested size or weight, material and closure. Where you are unsure, turn the uncertainty into a question. Do not fill a gap with a feature copied from an unrelated listing.
Add the visual decisions
Attach the artwork and identify the proposed colour combinations and logo locations. Reference images can help explain a preference, but label them as references. Ask which details are feasible and what needs confirmation before production.
Record the agreed version
Include quantities, destination, date and a version number. After Boxing Forge reviews the request, update the sheet to reflect the actual agreement. Keep unresolved points visible until answered. If the order changes later, issue a revised version instead of silently editing the old one. This gives your coach, designer and purchasing contact a shared record that can also help with a future reorder.
