Before a Restock: Check What Actually Sold in Your Boxing Range

Before a Restock: Check What Actually Sold in Your Boxing Range

A sold-out colour gets attention, but it is only one part of the restock decision. Before ordering again, look at the mix of products that sold, the questions customers asked and the stock that is still on your shelf.

Count by variant

Separate glove weights, colours and product types in your records. Ten pairs sold across a collection does not tell you which variant needs replacing. Note any items you used for demonstrations, gifts or photography so they are not mistaken for paid demand.

Read the questions alongside the numbers

Repeated requests for a different fit or closure are useful signals, but they are not confirmed orders. Keep customer suggestions separate from sales. If you want to change the next batch, describe the revision clearly and ask whether it needs a fresh review or sample.

Ask about the next production window

Send Boxing Forge the proposed restock quantities, any changes and your destination. Confirm current pricing, availability and timing rather than assuming the previous order can simply be repeated on the same schedule. Keep a copy of the earlier specification so the conversation starts with something concrete. A measured restock can give your collection a clearer direction without adding variants you do not yet need.
