Last-Minute Logo Changes: What to Check Before Production Moves Ahead
You notice a spelling error, decide the logo should be larger or get a new sponsor just as the order is being finalised. Changes happen. The important step is to ask what is still possible before treating the revision as agreed.
Send one clearly named replacement
Give the new artwork a clear version name and explain exactly what it replaces. List the affected products and logo positions. “Use the new one” can be confusing when several attachments and screenshots are already in the conversation.
Ask about the effect on the order
A change may affect the layout, cost or schedule, depending on the stage of the job. Ask Boxing Forge to confirm the effect in writing before approving the revision. Do not assume that a change can be made after materials or branding work have already been prepared.
Close the loop
Keep the final approved artwork together with the product specification. Check spelling, colours, placement and any size-specific differences. Once the revised version is agreed, stop circulating the old file. A short confirmation message now is much easier to deal with than a disagreement over which logo was intended when the cartons arrive.
