A Limited Club Edition: Create Boxing Gear for a Milestone
A club anniversary or new location can be a good reason to create a small branded collection. The most meaningful design often comes from something members recognise: the club colours, an established badge or a date with real significance.
Keep the story clear
Choose the milestone and decide how it should appear on the product. Avoid crowding the artwork with every detail of the club's history. A simple design can be easier to recognise and reproduce consistently.
Use artwork you are authorised to use. If a sponsor or partner appears in the design, obtain their approval before treating it as final.
Check interest before fixing the quantity
Ask members which product and options they would choose. Record preferences without presenting an unconfirmed concept as ready for delivery. Discuss manufacturing minimums for the proposed design with Boxing Forge.
Work backwards from the event
Allow time for artwork review, sample work, production and shipment. Share the event date at the beginning. Do not advertise a guaranteed arrival until the actual schedule and its limitations have been discussed.
Be accurate about limited availability
If you call the collection limited, decide what that means and communicate it honestly. Do not use an invented shortage to pressure members into ordering.
Tell us about your club milestone, intended product and destination. We can discuss whether a custom edition fits your budget, quantity and timing.
