Mixed Glove Weights in a Club Order: Make the List Clear

Mixed Glove Weights in a Club Order: Make the List Clear

Ordering for a whole club is easier when each pair has a clear place on the list. Names, glove weights and colours can quickly become mixed up if the order is collected through scattered messages.

Let the coach guide the training choice

Do not assign glove weight from a generic internet chart alone. Ask the coach what is required for the intended activity and each member. A glove's stated weight is not the same thing as a guarantee of hand fit or suitability for every session.

Use a simple collection sheet

Record the member's name, agreed product, weight, colour and quantity. Include any question that still needs an answer. Let each buyer review their own selection before you send the final totals. This is also the moment to check whether the club is ordering shared equipment or individually owned pairs.

Send totals and keep your allocation copy

Boxing Forge needs a clear breakdown by variant; your club also needs its own record of who receives each item. Confirm availability for the requested mix before promising every combination to members. When the delivery arrives, count against the confirmed order first, then distribute using your allocation list. Keeping those two jobs separate makes missing or incorrect items easier to identify.
