OEM Boxing Glove Branding: Printing, Embossing and Logo Placement

OEM Boxing Glove Branding: Printing, Embossing and Logo Placement

Your logo is one of the first details a customer notices. In OEM production, the goal is to make sure the branding suits the glove construction, stays readable and appears consistently across the order.

Choose a suitable method

Depending on the panel and artwork, a brand may consider printing, embossing or debossing, patches, woven labels or embroidery on suitable parts. These methods are not interchangeable. Very fine lines or tiny text may need simplifying to remain clear at actual production size.

Send usable artwork

Vector artwork is helpful because it can be resized without losing clean edges. Supply the intended colours and, where possible, versions for light and dark backgrounds. If you only have a low-resolution image, mention that before approving the layout.

Specify placement clearly

Mark the position on a photo or mock-up. Confirm approximate width and height, orientation, distance from seams and whether the logo appears on one glove or both. Also check whether placement should stay the same across sizes.

Review the proof at real scale

Do not judge the logo only on a large screen. Check how it reads on the actual panel and whether stitching, curves or other design elements compete with it. Confirm the artwork version and colour reference in writing before bulk production.

Think about the whole design

Logo placement should work with the wrist strap, labels and packaging. A balanced layout often looks more professional than one with too many competing marks. Boxing Forge can review branding requirements as part of an OEM boxing glove project.
