From Basket to Doorstep: Following Your Online Boxing Order

Once you have placed an online boxing order, there are a few simple things you can do to keep the delivery easy to follow. Start by saving the confirmation somewhere you can find it again.

Review the confirmation while the details are fresh

Check the product, selected options, quantity and delivery address. If you spot a mistake, contact the seller promptly with the order number and the correction you need. Do not assume an address or product change can still be made after dispatch.

For a custom order, keep the agreed specification and artwork approvals with the quotation. They provide a useful reference alongside the payment and delivery records.

Separate preparation from transit

An order confirmation and a dispatch notification mark different stages. Before dispatch, the equipment may still need order processing or agreed production work. After dispatch, follow the carrier information supplied for your shipment.

Boxing Forge provides tracking details for shipped orders. The level of detail and frequency of updates depend on the shipping method. If the order has been confirmed as shipped but you have not received tracking, contact us with your order reference.

Check the parcel when it arrives

Compare the delivered items with the order while the packaging is still available. If something is missing, incorrect or visibly damaged, take clear photos and contact support promptly. Include the order number and describe the specific issue so the team has enough information to investigate.

For delivery damage, follow the reporting instructions in our shipping policy. Keep the packaging until you have received advice.

Keep communication in one place

Reply within the same enquiry thread when possible. It keeps your order details, photos and previous answers together.

We serve boxing customers internationally. For help with an existing purchase, contact Boxing Forge with your order number rather than starting a new product enquiry.
