An Online Boxing Order for Your Gym: Collect the Details Once

An Online Boxing Order for Your Gym: Collect the Details Once

A group equipment order often starts casually. One member wants gloves, another asks for a different colour, and someone remembers a size change after the list has been sent. A little organisation at the start makes the order much easier to check.

Use one final list

Create a row for each requested product and variant. Include the product link, size or weight, colour and quantity. If several members want the same item, combine the quantity only after confirming their options match.

Set a deadline for changes and ask each member to check their entry. Keep a dated final version so an older list does not accidentally become the order.

Choose a single organiser

One person should handle the supplier conversation, confirm the final list and receive the order records. This avoids conflicting instructions from different club members. The organiser can collect questions and send them together.

Separate shop products from custom requests

A club logo or a special colour combination may require a manufacturing quotation. Mark those requests separately and ask about the applicable quantities, approval stages and production time. Do not assume that adding a logo is a standard website option.

For a first branded order, discuss a sample before agreeing to the bulk project. Members should understand what is being approved and which details are still open.

Arrange the receiving end

Give the complete delivery address and identify who will check the shipment. Plan how individual equipment will be distributed after receipt. If members are collecting from the gym, keep a simple handover list.

Boxing Forge works with international buyers, including gyms and clubs. Send your equipment list and destination to discuss the order. You can also browse the online shop while collecting member preferences.
