Planning a Phased Boxing Gym Equipment Order with Boxing Forge
You may have a long equipment wish list and only a short list of things needed for next month's classes. Separating the two can make a gym order easier to plan.
Build the list around the timetable
Ask your coaches what each scheduled class needs and how many people train at once. Check the condition of existing equipment before deciding what can remain in use. Take unsuitable items out of service rather than keeping them in the plan to reduce the order.
Create a first-stage list for the sessions you can actually deliver. Put later expansion ideas on a separate page.
Ask for each stage to be priced
Boxing Forge can discuss the products and quantities for your proposed stages. Request confirmation of minimum quantities, manufacturing time and delivery charges. Several smaller shipments may have a different total cost from one combined order.
Also ask whether a future batch can use the same specification and how colour or material approvals will be handled. A staged plan should not depend on an assumption that every detail will always remain available.
Separate staging from credit
Dividing a project into separate orders does not itself create a credit arrangement. If you want to discuss equipment on credit, raise that request explicitly. Any approval, payment schedule and conditions need a separate written agreement.
Review before moving to the next stage
Record what your coaches use most and what remains unused. Update the next order with that information.
Send us your first-stage equipment list, your destination and your longer-term plan. We can help you discuss a manageable sequence of orders.
