If a friend, gym or business will receive the parcel, make sure they know what is coming and which name appears on the order.

Ask about a deadline before you commit

Tell us if the equipment is intended for an opening day, birthday or other fixed date. Ask for an estimated dispatch date as well as the transit estimate. For made-to-order equipment, production has to be included in the plan.

A shipping estimate is useful for planning, but it should not be treated as a promise that every stage will take exactly the same time.
